About the Role

Our Lead Partner Representative will work closely with cross-functional teams within the North America marketplace, including external partners such as Nordstrom and The Rack accounts, as well as internal partners like Merchandising, Marketplace, Key City Leadership, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Jordan Brand counterparts, Operations, and DSM/Planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Nike Brand’s ambassador and primary point of contact within the Nordstrom, Inc. account base.
• Drive and deliver against financial targets for the Nordstrom Inc. businesses, including order entry, bookings reconciliation, and product deliveries.
• Implement the consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET process, leading customer sell-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBR), multi-season order management, and business result recaps.
• Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, and proactively manage product shipments in partnership with the Marketplace Operations team.
• Manage key franchise and track trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace.
• Maintain expertise in assigned businesses and continuously develop skills for future career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing.
• Knowledge of current trends and street culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., which may include samples and sales materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel (up to 25%).

This role is based at WHQ in Beaverton, OR.
