Duties And Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly sales goals as determined by leadership.
• Respond to all inbound leads within the Response Protocol parameters.
• Schedule and participate in sales tours / walkthroughs with clients, planners, and admins.
• Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales progress, past event feedback and upcoming sales/event planning.
• Determine and coordinate all planning needs for upcoming events.
• Maintain well documented, accurate, organized and up to date file management to serve client and the employer in the most expedient, organized, and knowledgeable manner.
• Seamlessly transition an event from sales to Venue Operations Manager; and back to sales post-event.
• Develop strong client, planner, and admin relationships through appropriate communication.
• Follow up on all client needs and inquiries in an efficient and expedient manner.
• Focus on revenue-generating activity and maximize sales through client retention.
• Confident at supervising a large group of guests and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills required for interaction with clients and guests.
• Independently create floor plans, timeline, and other documents for event execution.
