Job Summary

The Registered nurse performs a variety of patient care activities and works directly with providers to maintain the highest standard practice of care in accordance with state licensure regulations. Will independently provide education for patients and staff.

Job Details And Requirements

  • Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)
  • Typical hours for this position: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Education

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.

Certification & Licensures

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of Missouri.
  • Current CPR certification.

Experience

  • Skill in taking vital signs, history, attention to detail. patient education and instruction, and multi-tasking.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff and the public.
  • Ability to maintain quality control standard and maintain calm and effective reactions during emergency situations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, as well as understanding and responding to detailed oral and written instructions.
  • Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
  • Skill in learning and efficiently utilizing diagnostic equipment, electronic systems for ordering, medical records and other common computer programs.
