Pay

$18.16 per hour + unlimited sales and repair incentives. (Lead Retail Technicians earn on average $627/month on top of their base pay.)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all electronic devices, ensuring best-in-class quality in every fix
• Guide your team to use product knowledge and sales tactics that embody our Serve, Solve, Sell™ philosophy in every customer interaction
• Balance front and back of house responsibilities
• Supervise, train, and coach tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed
• Maintain high standards by overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day
• Manage inventory, oversee buybacks and return authorizations, and ensure safety standards are met with proper use of PPE supplies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position
• At least 6 months of previous experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for
• Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals
• Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Flexibility to work retail store hours including weekends and holidays
