Pay
Starting pay: $19 per hour + unlimited sales and repair incentives. (Lead Retail Technicians earn on average $627/month on top of their base pay.)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all electronic devices, ensuring best-in-class quality in every fix
- Guide your team to deliver customer service excellence using product knowledge and sales tactics that embody our Serve, Solve, Sell™ philosophy
- Balance front and back of house responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed
- Maintain high standards by overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day
- Manage inventory, oversee buybacks and return authorizations, and ensure safety standards are met with proper use of PPE supplies
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position
- At least 6 months of previous experience with product service support or technology repair, including inventory management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for
- Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals
- Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
- Flexibility to work retail store hours, including weekends and holidays
