Lead Retail Sales Technician (Electronic Repair Expert)
Starting pay: $19 per hour plus unlimited sales and repair incentives (average Lead Retail Technicians earn $627/month on top of base pay).

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all electronic devices, ensuring best-in-class quality in every fix.
- Serve as the face of customer service excellence, guiding your team to use product knowledge and sales tactics that embody our Serve, Solve, Sell™ philosophy in every interaction.
- Balance front and back-of-house responsibilities, including overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day.
- Step into leadership by supervising, training, and coaching tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed, and driving team success with enthusiasm.
- Manage inventory, oversee buybacks and return authorizations, and ensure safety standards are met with proper use of PPE supplies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position.
- At least 6 months of previous experience with product service support or technology repair, including inventory management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
- Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals.
- Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.
- Flexibility to work retail store hours, including weekends and holidays.
