Responsibilities

  • Showcase your tech skills by diagnosing and repairing all electronic devices, ensuring best in class quality in every fix.
  • Be the face of customer service excellence, guiding your team to use product knowledge and sales tactics that embody our Serve, Solve, Sell™ philosophy in every interaction.
  • Balance different front and back of house responsibilities.
  • Step into leadership as you supervise, train and coach our tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed, and driving team success with enthusiasm.
  • Maintain high standards by overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day.
  • Innovate and organize by managing inventory, overseeing buybacks and return authorizations, and ensuring safety standards are met with the proper use of PPE supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position – at least 1 year.
  • Previous experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills – at least 6 months.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required).

Qualifications

  • A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals.
  • Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail store hours including weekends and holidays.
