Lead Retail Operations

Hiring for seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until positions are filled.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and maintain a professional standard of guest service
• Responsible for opening and closing the store
• Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth
• Manage retail and rental inventory control, meeting or exceeding inventory goals
• Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies
• Manage sales floor team and rental process
• Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
• Provide great customer service to all guests
• Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including promotions
• Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience (required)
• Previous snow sport industry experience (preferred)
• Ability to communicate fluently in accurate spoken and written English (required)
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends (required)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Minimum age: 18 years

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $23.00/hr - $26.88/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
