About the role
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts. Our Product Sales Team Leaders facilitate the sale of tickets to resort services such as lift passes, lessons, childcare, and more. As a friendly agent, you’ll be the key to creating epic adventures for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort products, sales floor policies, and operations; coordinate with other departments as necessary
- Lead daily operations of product sales and retail soft goods
- Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions
- Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service or ticket sales
- Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Minimum age: 18 years
Pay
$23.00/hr - $26.88/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
