Pay
Starting wage: $23.00/hr – $26.88/hr (expected pay range)
Schedule
Winter Seasonal 2026/2027; Full‑time hours available; flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends required.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and demonstrate/maintain a professional standard of guest service
- Responsible for opening and closing the store
- Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth
- Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
- Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies
- Manage sales floor team and rental process
- Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
- Provide great customer service to all guests
- Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions
- Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience – required
- Previous snow sport industry experience – preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English – required
- Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends – required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Minimum age: at least 18 years of age
