• Supervise residential staff and coordinate client activities
• Provide direct support in daily living skills
• Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and progress
• Foster open communication among team members and families
• Oversee operations during evening shifts, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
• Organize recreational and therapeutic activities on weekends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) status
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
