About the Role
As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will develop, lead, implement, and track programs, systems, processes, capital projects, and equipment upgrades. These projects aim to improve equipment reliability and OEE. You will report to the Manager of Engineering and be located at Blairsville, PA. You will support this role 100% onsite.
Responsibilities
- Process line mechanical engineering and facilities responsibility.
- Review and improve preventive maintenance task lists and processes.
- Perform failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) or similar failure mode analysis to develop appropriate equipment
