Lead Recruiting Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a recruiter to join our growing team at Carepool. Our mission is to solve the issue of reliable medical transportation across all regions, including suburban and rural areas. We are expanding our reach and working with major payers. The ideal candidate will have experience with full life cycle recruiting, particularly in Sales and Technology roles within healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Leverage previous experience to source and place candidates for open positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to build a robust pipeline
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Requirements
- Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, especially in Sales and Technology roles within healthcare systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruiting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Passion for healthcare and workforce transportation
