About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline medical billing processes and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Design and implement new features and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to showcase Candid's capabilities and drive adoption
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and payment systems
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
