Lead GTM Recruiter
About the role
You will help define and build our GTM talent acquisition strategy, leading full-cycle recruiting for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships—from individual contributor to senior leadership.
- Partner closely with GTM leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber active and passive talent across GTM functions
- Assess candidates with a strong lens on GTM competencies (sales acumen, quota attainment, market knowledge, customer empathy) as well as culture add and long-term impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks for GTM roles
- Flex to lead searches for senior leadership or executive GTM roles as business needs require
- Bring structure, data, and best practices to GTM recruiting processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Partnerships roles
- Proven experience recruiting in technology-enabled, SaaS, health tech, or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success as a hands-on individual contributor managing a high volume of concurrent GTM searches
- Fluency in GTM hiring metrics and profiles (quota attainment, sales cycle, pipeline generation, and comparable benchmarks across marketing, CS, and partnerships)
- Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and closing competitive, in-demand GTM talent
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate with urgency, rigor, and independence in a fast-moving environment

Pay
Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
