Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Identify decision-makers in startups, mid-sized businesses, coworking spaces, and corporate offices.
- Introduce Flipspaces’ offerings and gather preliminary information.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
- Share qualified leads with the business development team for follow-up and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Reconnect with dormant or cold leads for reactivation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, real estate, design services, or B2B lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
