Lead Qualification Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify decision-makers in startups, mid-sized businesses, coworking spaces, and corporate offices.
  • Introduce Flipspaces’ offerings and gather preliminary information.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • Share qualified leads with the business development team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Reconnect with dormant or cold leads for reactivation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, real estate, design services, or B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
