OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
About the role
OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. We’re hiring a Lead Project Manager, Workplace Operations to own workplace design and construction from concept through occupancy, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and client partners. Your initial portfolio includes a security and breakroom upfit in Dallas and multiple industrial and mixed-use build-outs that improve operational flow, increase capacity, and support growth. You’ll coordinate projects across Madison, Dallas, and satellite sites, aligning shared vendors, standards, and dependencies across the portfolio. As we build this capability internally, you’ll help establish how OpenLoop delivers projects and hold internal teams and external partners accountable without direct reporting authority.

- Represent OpenLoop and drive accountability: Serve as the owner’s contact for clients, landlords, property managers, brokers, designers, and contractors. Run productive meetings, communicate status and risks, and track decisions and commitments in a project management tool with clear owners and deadlines.
