Department Summary: L582 contains MITRE Enterprise Program and Risk Management thought leaders. The department is composed of recognized subject matter experts, who are proficient in a suite of program and risk management skills including: leading people, project communications, scope management employing Agile, establishing program metrics, developing schedules, and more.
Responsibilities
- Project coordination for MITRE projects
- Implementation and maintenance of project schedules
- Implementation and maintenance of project risk register(s)
- Research associated with specific project requirements
- Handling of project logistics, including meeting management and facilitation
- Project communications and reporting (includes generation of project periodic reports)
- Management of project artifacts
- Application of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches to project management
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of project, program and risk management as would be evident by a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Experience in the application of AI tools
- Specific experience in one or more project management domain (e.g., risk management, change control, schedule management, project reporting, quality management)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
- U.S Citizenship is required

Pay
Salary compensation range and midpoint: $138,800 - $173,500 - $208,200
