Lead Program Performance Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Performance Analysis: Develops program cost and/or schedule baselines, analyzes program performance, monitors EAC, and prepares program review documents.
• Serves as SME in PPM tools and processes, integrates subcontractor and material data, performs advanced analysis, and supports risk and opportunity management.
• Builds collaborative relationships, interfaces with multiple IPT leads, and supports other programs during critical time frames.
• Develops and maintains IMP and IMS for proposals, creates and analyzes milestone charts, and manages WBS.
• Trains and mentors employees in planning and scheduling best practices, automates processes, designs tests for new EVMS and schedule tools, and leads process changes.
• Ensures EVMS compliance through audits, communicates professionally, and acts as a change agent.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional, or U.S. Government Contractor environment
• MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, Integrating Scheduling Data with Manpower, EVMS, and Proposal Support Systems proficiency
• Critical Path Analysis, Slack Management, Variance Analysis, EVMS Concepts, and Risk and Opportunity Management skills

• Open Plan Scheduling Software experience
