Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks across Wireless, Fiber, and 5G Home Internet local campaigns, aligning KPIs to business objectives, campaign goals, customer segments, and local market priorities.

  • Translate campaign data, sales results, funnel performance, customer behavior, and geographic trends into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Partner with regional leadership, strategy, product, sales, media, finance, and analytics teams to define success metrics, diagnose performance drivers, and inform investment decisions.

  • Monitor performance trends across campaigns, channels, products, regions, and customer segments to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging patterns.

  • Develop recommendations that improve campaign execution, optimize media and marketing investments, and accelerate growth across priority markets.

  • Build performance views and scenario analyses that help teams respond quickly to market, competitive, and business changes.

  • Evaluate campaign performance across paid, owned, local, regional, and enterprise marketing efforts, connecting activity to customer response, sales outcomes, and portfolio growth.

  • Support test-and-learn measurement plans that quantify impact, isolate performance drivers, and inform future campaign design.

  • Work with large and complex data sets to uncover trends, correlations, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across wireless, broadband, and converged connectivity.

  • Apply strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to structure analysis and generate repeatable reporting.

  • Synthesize data, campaign analytics, market intelligence, and customer insights into clear narratives that explain performance and guide action.

  • Create concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates performance results, key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions across functions and management levels.

  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, readouts, and recurring updates that improve visibility, accountability, and alignment across marketing, regional, strategy, product, sales, and enterprise leadership teams.

  • Track KPIs and measure impact across national, regional, local, campaign, channel, and segment-level performance.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers that inform optimization decisions and improve return on marketing investment.

  • Partner with teams to convert insights into measurable actions, follow-up tracking, and continuous improvement routines.

  • Identify and apply new analytics approaches, automation opportunities, reporting tools, and data visualization best practices that improve speed, consistency, and decision quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • MBA or advanced analytical degree preferred.

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, diagnose performance drivers, and translate findings into clear recommendations for business and marketing leaders.

  • Strong working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

  • Strong storyteller who can convert complex data, campaign performance, and market dynamics into concise, executive-ready insights for cross-functional and enterprise audiences.

Pay

$143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual
