The Lead/Principal Product Manager, Growth is responsible for defining and accelerating growth strategies for a leading B2B SaaS product. Key accountabilities include owning the growth vision, roadmap, and execution across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to activation and expansion. This role requires strong product strategy, experimentation, analytics, and customer insight skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of growth initiatives in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience improving customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and expansion metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, design experiments, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Experience building experimentation frameworks, growth models, and scalable product processes.
- Ability to think strategically about customer outcomes, business impact, and long-term product direction.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and product-led growth strategies.
- Experience using AI tools for research, strategy development, prototyping, and customer insights.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear product documents, narratives, and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to influence engineers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong customer empathy and experience translating customer feedback into product improvements.
- Able to prioritize effectively and make high-impact decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience building products for business users, support teams, or operational teams is highly valued.
