Accountabilities
- Define and execute the product growth vision across a consumer-focused platform.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop experimentation strategies, and align product teams around opportunities that improve user journeys and business outcomes.
- Define and own the overall growth strategy, identifying opportunities across activation, conversion, retention, monetization, and cross-product adoption.
- Build frameworks that determine how users are guided through the product ecosystem, prioritizing journeys with the highest user and business impact.
- Develop and manage a prioritized experimentation roadmap, creating hypotheses, designing tests, analyzing results, and translating learnings into product decisions.
- Lead the evolution of product structure and information architecture to help users discover the right solutions at the right time.
- Partner with senior product leaders across multiple areas to align teams around shared growth objectives and operating frameworks.
- Drive retention initiatives as a core product outcome, expanding beyond acquisition-focused growth strategies.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, credit, and business teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
- Develop product and pricing strategies that improve customer value, engagement, and long-term growth.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including partnership-driven initiatives and innovative growth loops.
- Balance rapid experimentation with long-term product investments by applying strong product judgment and business reasoning.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on product leader with a proven track record of driving consumer growth through experimentation, customer insight, and cross-functional influence.
- Extensive experience leading consumer product growth initiatives with measurable impact on key business metrics.
- Proven ability to scale products, growth functions, or customer experiences in high-growth environments.
- Strong user empathy and the ability to translate customer behaviors and needs into product strategies.
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation programs.
- Able to move between high-level growth strategy and detailed product execution decisions.
- Strong understanding of product analytics, funnel optimization, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to defend product decisions through clear reasoning and data.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.
- Direct-to-consumer product experience is required; subscription experience is considered an advantage.
- Experience in fast-paced technology or financial services environments is preferred.
