Lead Plumbing Installer - Dayton

About the role

The Plumbing Install Technician is responsible for repairing plumbing systems efficiently with high-quality client experiences. This position requires a minimum of four years of field experience and a valid driver’s license. A Plumbing Journeyman license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs professionally and to the best of your ability.
• Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and maintaining proper conduct.
• Adapt project work when necessary due to interruptions, scope changes, or unforeseen conditions.
• Complete service invoices and work orders properly and completely, and collect payment from clients.
• Promote the sale of other products, services, or work with each client, including service agreements.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep the company truck clean, inside and out.
• Properly complete required paperwork.
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.

Requirements

• Minimum four years field experience.
• Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.
• Valid Plumbing Journeyman license (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.

Pay

Earn $30-$50 per hour in base pay, with top performers reaching $150,000+ annually through our industry-leading bonus and incentive programs.
