Lead Plant Operator - Renewable Natural Gas (Emerald)

OPAL Fuels · Northville, MI · 1 mo ago
On-siteManagement$38–$44/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About OPAL Fuels" but we should not repeat job title as heading. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About OPAL Fuels (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "Position Summary" is like about the role. We'll treat that as "About the role". Then "Duties And Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. Then "Qualifications and Skills" -> Qualifications (maybe combine with Skills). Then "Work Hours and Arrangements" -> Schedule. Then "Physical Requirements" maybe not a standard heading; but we could include under Requirements? Not required. The instruction says we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include those that have content. We have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also we have Qualifications and Skills combined. We could have Qualifications and Skills separate? The posting lumps them together. We could split into Qualifications and Skills sections if we can extract. But better to have one Qualifications section containing both. The instruction allows Qualifications and Skills as separate headings; we can include both if we have content. We have qualifications list and skills list. Could separate: Qualifications (experience, driver's license, etc.) and Skills (mechanical, troubleshooting, computer). We'll decide. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove that. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company description? The "About OPAL Fuels" is about the company, not the role. Should we include? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not About the company. But we could include a brief paragraph under About the role? Actually "About OPAL Fuels" is company overview; maybe we can include it as a paragraph under About the role? But the instruction says do not repeat the job title as heading; but we can include any prose in

. The company description is substantive; we should preserve it. Where to put? Could be a leading paragraph before sections. Since we cannot add arbitrary headings not in list, we could just put it as a

before the first heading. That's acceptable. Thus output:

We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information from the posting. Let's extract. Might be omitted as not in list. But we could include under Requirements? Not needed. The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We could include a "Requirements" section for physical requirements? But the list of allowed headings includes Requirements. We could put physical requirements there. However we also have qualifications. Might be better to put physical requirements under Requirements. But we already used Qualifications and Skills. We could have Requirements for physical demands. Let's decide: We'll include Requirements section for physical requirements. Physical Requirements text: "Position requires physical effort such as that associated with driving a motorized vehicle, operate an ATV, JLG, fork lift, basket lift, using hand tools, and typing on a computer. Position requires moderate lifting (10-50 lbs.), occasional need to walk on irregular surfaces, and occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing, or crouching. Benefits: - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Short & Long Term Disability - 401(k) plus Matching Contributions - Tuition Assistance - Referral Bonus - Generous Paid Time Off - Ten Paid Holidays Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown fences. We'll wrap each section accordingly. Make sure to use

for headings. We'll start with a

with qualifications list (maybe separate from skills). We'll split. Qualifications list items: - 7+ years of Renewable experience preferred - Must be skilled in recordkeeping and logging - General troubleshooting abilities - Computer skills (Microsoft Office) - Must possess good mechanical skills - Basic electrical knowledge is preferred - Must be self-motivated and perform most tasks with little or no supervision - Working knowledge of basic unit operations and components such as pressure, temperature, and flow - Experience with pumps, blowers, or air compressors - Heavy equipment operations experience is preferred (gas compressor O&M). Fabrication and Basic Process Knowledge - Must have a current and valid driver’s license, without any restrictions Skills list items: maybe we can extract from qualifications: but we already included many. Could separate: Skills: Mechanical skills, troubleshooting, computer skills, recordkeeping, etc. But we already have them. To avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications only and omit Skills. But instruction says we can include Skills if we have content. We have content for skills (mechanical, troubleshooting, computer, recordkeeping). However they'd overlap. Safer to include only Qualifications and maybe not Skills. But we need to preserve all substantive information; if we omit Skills heading we still have the content inside Qualifications. That's fine. Thus we will not output Skills heading. Then
