About the role
The Lead Payroll Analyst will execute global payroll operational duties, work cross-functionally to design scalable and efficient processes, and contribute to improving current operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Execute global payroll operational duties
- Work cross-functionally to design scalable and efficient processes, with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation
- Responsible for the payroll systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience
- Process full cycle payroll operations for all domestic and international employees
- Contribute to the improvement of current operating procedures to reflect best-in-class practices
- Perform payroll reconciliations, month-end close and related journal entries
- Ensure the proper documentation, recordkeeping, and accounting for all payroll transactions including audit support
- Addressing payroll function related queries
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filings
Requirements
- Payroll operational experience at a high-growth company
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and other widely adopted HRIS solutions (equity platforms a plus)
- including system implementation and design
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A keen focus on scale, end-to-end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency; AI familiarity
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)

Pay
The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $92,000 - $150,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
