Lead Patient Services Specialist

Schedule

• Full‑time (1.0 FTE), 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 10‑hour day shifts
• Rotating hours between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM with one weekday off
• Weekend rotation: once every 9 weeks, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Holidays rotate

Location

On‑site in La Crosse, WI and Onalaska, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to patients by delivering the best first and last impressions with top‑level customer service.
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers to support patients throughout their health journeys.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• At least 2 years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist or in a related role
