Responsibilities

• The Lead Patient Service Representative is the internal and external first point of contact in response to patient and clinic issues.
• Coordinates the day-to-day operations at the front desk.
• Oversees patient flow to ensure patient wait times are minimized.
• Acts as the point of contact for patient complaints and assists in resolving the issue in collaboration with the clinic manager.
• The Lead Patient Service Representative assures that the delivery of high quality, cost efficient care that support the UT Health primary care model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience posting payments and charge entry
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
