Transform Healthcare 8 WPCU – The Enhanced Monitoring Unit is a 27-bed specialty step-down environment focused on gastrointestinal (GI) and pulmonary care. Our patients require comprehensive monitoring and interventions that bridge the gap between intensive care and acute medical-surgical nursing. With a focus on innovation and teamwork, the Enhanced Monitoring Unit provides nurses with a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

What We Require

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience required.
• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Certified Nursing Assistant required for employees working in critical access facilities.
• Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required within 6 months of hire.
• Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required. Demonstrates knowledge of life span growth and development. Follows established policies and procedures in daily tasks.
