Lead Packer

About the role

As a Lead Packer, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of packers to ensure that all products are packed accurately and efficiently according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of packers to ensure accurate and efficient product packing.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures.
• Train new packers on proper packing techniques and company standards.
• Monitor production levels and adjust staffing as necessary to meet production goals.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the team to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of company policies and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with forklift operation is preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

The Lead Packer position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts as needed.
