Preferred Qualifications => maybe also under Skills or separate? Could combine but we can have a separate section "Preferred Qualifications" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes Skills, Qualifications, etc. We could put preferred qualifications under Skills as well, but better to keep separate? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed? It says use those for section headings (e.g...). Likely we should stick to those. But we can also include "Preferred Qualifications" as part of Skills or Qualifications. Probably better to include under Skills. Other Job Requirements (citizenship, clearance) could go under Requirements. Company description could go under About the role? Actually About the role is about the job, not company. But we could use About the role to include both role and company overview. Or we could omit About the role if not specific. However we have company description; maybe we can put under About the role. Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer multiple individual and family benefit options including paid time off, medical, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance, and a pre- and post-tax 401 (k) retirement account with Company matching contributions and 100% vesting for eligible participants beginning DAY 1." That's benefits. So we need a Benefits section. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule. Thus sections: About the role (maybe includes company overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to drop the "If you are interested..." application steps, the EEO statement, the "View all Edgewater job opportunities..." etc. Also drop the "WORKING WITH EDGEWATER TECHNICAL ASSOCIATES" maybe we keep as part of About the role. We need to keep the description of Edgewater (founded 2003, etc.) as it's substantive about the employer. We need to keep the Work Location and Application Deadline maybe as a short paragraph. We need to keep the duties paragraph; we should break into bullet list items for each duty? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The duties paragraph is a long prose; we could keep as
