Lead Operations Program Manager, Product

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Lead Operations Program Manager to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous planning for the Product organization to align strategic initiatives
• Design effective operating frameworks, decision-making processes, and leadership forums
• Oversee large strategic programs across multiple functions, ensuring team alignment
• Set strategy for key Product operations programs, including onboarding and team rituals
• Manage change initiatives to help teams adopt new planning methods and systems
• Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership to align diverse viewpoints
• Tackle complex, cross-functional issues using structured problem-solving techniques

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, operations, or program management in fast-paced tech environments
• Deep experience collaborating with Product and/or Design teams
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Expertise in building scalable processes and decision-making systems
• Demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with modern planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Continuous Planning)
• Experience in consumer marketplaces or tech-enabled services preferred

Pay

$180,900 – $221,100 annually
