Lead of Total Rewards
Responsibilities
The Lead of Total Rewards is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role partners with leadership across the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) and the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies to align total rewards strategies with organizational goals and promote a culture of well-being, engagement, and excellence.
Compensation Strategy, Design and Administration
Oversee the administration of employee health, welfare, and retirement programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and employee needs.
Recognition and Engagement Initiatives
- Analytics
- Reporting
- Compliance
Continuous Improvement and Strategic Partnership
Partners with leadership across the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) and the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies to align total rewards strategies with organizational goals and promote a culture of well-being, engagement, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years of Human Resources Benefit and/or Compensation experience
- Vendor Management
- Advanced skill with MS Office Suite
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SPHR/PHR
- Change Leadership/Organizational Development experience
- Talent Leadership/Leadership Development experience
Pay
Salary range: USD $106,683.00 - USD $155,458.00 /Yr.
