Job Description
Lead ground-up multifamily projects valued between $40M-$80M from sitework through turnover.
Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project schedules.
Supervise and mentor 1-2 Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle.
Carefully coordinate closely with project management and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.
Support upcoming multifamily developments across NC and SC as the regional portfolio expands.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading ground-up wood-frame multifamily projects.
- Experience delivering projects valued between $40M-$80M.
- Strong tenure with previous employers, preferably 3+ years per company.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and subcontractor management skills.

- Salary: $135,000-$160,000 base salary
