Traveling Multifamily Superintendent - NC & SC
Supervise multifamily construction projects
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
Cook up with subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain project efficiency.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Ground-up multifamily experience required
- Experience managing projects independently in the field
- Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and sequencing
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with projects ranging from 100-250 units preferred
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Desire to grow into a future General Superintendent role
- Stable work history and strong culture fit
Pay
Base Salary: Up to $140,000
Per Diem: $155/day for overnight travel
