Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations for a ground-up multifamily construction project.
- Cookordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Cookordinate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays and cost impacts.
- Provide leadership and continuity throughout the entire project lifecycle.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame multifamily construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage field operations from project startup through closeout.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades and maintaining aggressive schedules.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time and commit to a long-duration project.
- Familiarity with projects throughout California or the Western United States.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 DOE

Typical Schedule
- Onsite Monday-Friday with the ability to return home on weekends
- Significant flexibility and support for the right candidate, including customized housing arrangements when needed
