Responsibilities

  • Perform regular site inspections to track progress and ensure top-quality workmanship.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges while meeting all project specifications.
  • Keep accurate records, documentation, and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize the use of materials and resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Promote a professional, collaborative, and productive work environment for the entire team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial construction with a strong track record of managing multiple job sites.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different project locations while maintaining efficiency.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

The Successful Applicant must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Passport and frequent international travel experience.
