Traveling Superintendent | Multifamily NC, SC & VA

Job Description

Lead onsite construction activities for multifamily projects valued between $15M-$45M

Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project logistics

Drive project execution from framing through turnover and closeout

Partner with project management teams to maintain schedule and budget goals

Mentor field personnel while supporting future operational growth

Qualifications

4+ years of multifamily construction experience as a Superintendent

Ground-up multifamily project experience required

Strong construction knowledge across building systems and field operations

Proven leadership and team management abilities

Excellent organization and communication skills

Pay

Salary: Up to $140,000 base salary + travel package

$155/day per diem for overnight travel assignments

Vehicle allowance package and travel support
