Position Summary

The Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist / Lead is a field leader responsible for full site ownership, client communication, daily task software accountability, and team cohesion. This role requires no oversight.

Safety Responsibilities

At the Elite / Lead level, safety becomes leadership behavior. This technician sets the tone for safe operations, corrects unsafe practices, escalates systemic risks, and protects HBM from preventable liability. Safety is never sacrificed for speed.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently manage and protect multiple client sites
• Maintain full accountability for daily task software accuracy
• Communicate regularly with fixed assets at each location
• Resolve customer friction professionally and diplomatically
• Optimize routes for efficiency and quality
• Proactively prevent issues before they become complaints
• Mentor technicians and build cohesive team standards
