About the role

At Breakthru Beverage Reno, we're looking for a driven, energetic Lead Merchandiser who thrives on action, loves leading from the front, and knows how to transform retail spaces into eye-catching shopping experiences. As our Lead Merchandiser, you'll be the go-to leader for merchandising excellence—guiding your team, coordinating projects, ensuring flawless execution, and building strong partnerships with retail store teams. You'll solve challenges, motivate others, and help bring some of the nation's leading brands to life through outstanding product presentation and execution.

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
• Pass a drug screen
