Join the LEGO® US Merchandising team as a part time Retail Merchandiser and provide outstanding merchandising in some of our biggest US retail customers. We are looking for upbeat, hardworking, and curious individuals to join our team and play a central role in encouraging the builders of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and establish relationships with store management and key decision makers to complete LEGO® US merchandising priorities.
• Stock shelves and pack out product from retailers’ on‑premises storage facilities.
• Maintain product displays and price products.
• Install or maintain point‑of‑purchase materials.
• Interact with shoppers and supervise store inventory.
• Be accountable for set displays and inventory integrity.
• Share product knowledge and LEGO® brand values with store management and consumers.
• Report all merchandising activity as advised by the field manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within 20 miles of Syracuse, UT.
• Ability to work daytime business hours; current schedule flexible Monday‑Friday, 7 am–6 pm (20–24 hours per week).
• Self‑managed role – thrive working independently on assigned tasks.
• Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smart phone/Microsoft Office).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Personal cell phone and computer with internet access, ability to text and email.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a good DMV record.
• Physical requirements: climb ladders up to 12 ft, regularly lift up to 40 lb from floor to waist/chest height, and ability to bend, twist, reach, squat, kneel, walk and stand for long periods while adhering to safety policies.
• Retail merchandising experience helpful but not required.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.

Schedule

Work hours are daytime, Monday‑Friday, with flexible availability between 7 am and 6 pm, typically 20–24 hours per week.
