About the role

The Lead Membership Coordinator will oversee all membership activities, including new member recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all membership activities, including new member recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and implement membership programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage member communications through various channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery of information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experiences and satisfaction.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., marketing, business administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in membership management or similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of membership software and tools.
