Responsibilities
- Oversee all membership activities, including new member recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement membership programs that align with organizational goals.
- Manage member communications through various channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery of information.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experiences and satisfaction.
- Monitor member satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., marketing, business administration).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in membership management or similar field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
