Lead Medical Science Liaison
About the role
Lead Medical Science Liaison for Whippany, NJ to promote and advance the clinical development of genitourinary oncology drugs; provide strategic pharmacological support to research programs; disseminate pharmacologic data related to genitourinary oncology drug portfolio, including uses, selection, dosage, interactions, dispensation, administration & side effects; develop pharmacological content & deliver presentations to healthcare providers and medical stakeholders; mentor junior Medical Science Liaisons.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scientific engagement plans across academic and community-based healthcare institutions
- Support clinical trial activities, including investigator identification, feasibility assessments, study initiation & trial support
- Collect, document & communicate actionable medical insights from healthcare professionals to internal teams for use in clinical strategy development
- Prepare & deliver scientific presentations to healthcare providers on clinical trial data, drug mechanisms of action, safety, and therapeutic usage
- Use data analytics platforms and/or omnichannel engagement tools to track stakeholder engagement & tailor scientific interactions
- Participate in advisory boards, scientific meetings, and/or cross-functional strategy sessions with medical, commercial, and/or clinical operations teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a closely-related medical field
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment

- Preparing & delivering scientific presentations

Pay
Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $231,000.00 to $255,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
Schedule
Up to 70% US travel required.
