Lead Medical Coordinator

The mission of CPLC's Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is to promote the health, well‑being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied alien children, and other eligible individuals and families through culturally responsive, trauma‑informed, and strengths‑based services. Key Responsibilities

• Guide and ensure the quality of clinical services, treatment, and interventions provided to unaccompanied minors.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and contracted physicians to deliver high‑quality, compassionate medical services focused on health maintenance, disease prevention, and overall well‑being.
• Oversee clinical practices and support compliance with state licensing requirements and ORR standards.
• Ensure all medical services align with CPLC policies and procedures.
• Contribute to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for youth in our programs.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher health‑related qualification (e.g., Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner).
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in the medical field.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to trauma‑informed care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
