Leading team
- Plans, manages, and controls teamwork, defines clear rules with clear objectives and expectations.
- Communicates on the roadmap and the final goals, knows team members and their key motivations to inspire them.
- Sets up a periodic routine of communication, monitoring, and measurement of the activity and objectives of their area.
- Encourages and supports the team by providing feedback, recognition, improvement, and reframing.
- Ensures all employees are at the expected level, provides support and/or training as required.
- Promotes and supports process improvement, internal innovation programs, and collaborator participation.
General Activities
- Scales the workforce and equipment according to volume forecasts to plan the operation to meet performance requirements.
- Prioritizes operations according to field constraints and provides supervision.
- Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates specific requirements.
- Applies health and safety rules and procedures of ID Logistics and local regulations.
- Analyzes equipment checklists and ensures corrective actions are taken according to defined procedures.
- Anticipates operational problems to propose continuous improvement actions within their scope of responsibility.
Audit and Quality Management
- Carries out the organization of the workplace in accordance with sector procedures and objectives.
- Verifies that procedures and objectives are up-to-date and responds to audits when necessary.
- Reports and monitors key performance indicators and ensures continuity of information between team, hierarchy, and internal partners.
- Analyzes and communicates deviations between planned and actual values and initiates appropriate corrective measures in coordination with operational management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One or more years of related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments
- Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.)
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
