MANUFACTURING MATERIAL HANDLER - LEAD, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Bridgeview IL

• Minimum 2-3 years prior forklift experience
• Logistics Warehouse leadership experience
• Compensation Pay Range: $26.71- $28.59 per hour - paid weekly
• Material Handler Lead - Multiple Shifts

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing the work assignments of a team of lift truck operators and carrier drivers
• Drives a culture of safe work practices
• Drive team-oriented environment
• Execute standard work to ensure production materials are replenished to ensure continuous operations
• Effectively communicate daily priorities (daily meetings, one-on-one engagements, Tier Meetings, etc.)
• Cookware with warehouse operations with all departments
• Perform daily audits (Safety, warehouse, forklifts, line inventories, etc.)
• Provide supervisory support, as needed
• Perform forklift training for new hires and re-certifications as needed
• Support the Inventory Team as needed
• Supports the receipt of railcar/bulk truck material

Requirements

• Previous logistics warehouse leadership experience required
• WMS software experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, strong organizational, math and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass the LTO training and testing
• Experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
• Bilingual communication skills preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
