Lead/Master HVAC Installer

Direct Oversight

• Directs installation dispatching, ordering, warehousing, truck inventory, and maintenance
• Oversees building and completion of installation job packets
• Ensures complete and accurate forms in job folders
• Accurately orders materials to complete each installation
• Approves assignment of installation crews to each installation job
• Oversees coordination of materials procurement with approved vendors for maximum efficiency and cost
• Oversees tracking of all unused materials and returning or reusing them on another job as applicable
• Oversees inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stock

Safety and Quality

• Schedules and conducts monthly safety meetings
• Conducts regular job site and truck inspections

Administrative Tasks

• Permits filing for installations requiring local permits
• Maintains departmental budget expectations to include job costing analysis of completed jobs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
