About the role
Channell Heating and Cooling is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Install team member to join a growing and dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with the BEST installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
- Aid with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
- Mechanically inclined
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
