About the role
Responsible for leading HVAC installation projects, supervising teams, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee project planning and execution, including site inspections and coordination with clients.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices and safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors to maintain positive working relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with HVAC systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
