Lead HVAC Installer

Position Overview

As a Lead Installer, you'll oversee residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll represent our company in customers' homes and play an important role in creating a positive installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure every installation complies with local codes and safety requirements.
• Communicate with homeowners about system operation and answer questions before completing the job.
• Cookordinate with fellow installers and support staff to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and deliver professional workmanship on every installation.

Compensation

Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience. Top-performing installers have the opportunity to earn $120,000-$130,000 annually through hourly wages and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
