Lead HVAC Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential buildings. Works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in using common HVAC tools and equipment

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience

Schedule
